What stays in your browser

Rift Dice keeps your last settings, theme, last board link and seat names in this browser's local storage, once you accept.

A lobby seat token is kept for each room you join, so a reload keeps your seat.

Rift Dice sets no cookies. Every stored value lives in local storage, except a data-freshness check for the badge, which lives in session storage and clears when you close the tab.

What leaves your browser

Champion, item, rune and map images and data load from Riot's Data Dragon, so those requests reach Riot's servers.

Player name and seat live on the server for the room's life, at most 24 hours idle, and vanish on redeploy.

No analytics

Rift Dice loads no third-party scripts and runs no advertising or tracking service.

The server sets no cookies.

Usage counting

Rift Dice counts visits and rolls, so the operators know how much the site is used. It sets no cookie for this and uses no third-party service.

Each count uses a hash: your address and browser, mixed with a random value the server makes fresh for the day. Nobody can turn that hash back into your address or browser. The random value itself is never written down and is thrown away at the end of the day.

Only plain counts, such as how many visits or rolls happened on a given day, are kept.

How to clear your data

Use the Cookies page control to switch to Only necessary. This stops the site from saving new browsing data.

To remove data already saved, clear this site's data in your browser settings.
